 Hi Deakinites,

Welcome all new residents and returning residents to Semester 2! I hope everyone had a great few weeks of holidays! Myself, I spend 2 weeks in New Zealand travelling with contiki through the North and South Island! It was totally amazing, highlights including skydiving, canyon swing and Milford Sound! I would recommend a trip to NZ for all those internationals in Aus especially since it is so close!!

Deakin is looking exciting this semester! Make sure you all keep checking the notice boards on your floor so you know when the next Deakin Society Events are! Its an awesome social calender this semester!!

In the mean time, I look forward to seeing everyone in thursday night for Deakins A-Affair! If anyone has any suggestions on dress up costumes I could definitely use them :)

Oh and one final note - kudos to all those who wore their crossing dressing outfits to the Nott a couple of weeks ago! Very impressive (and repulsive) at the same time!
