Try this for a healthy, new and exciting breakfast option!

2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup orange juice
2 cup reduced fat yoghurt (flavoured/plain)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup sultanas
1/2 cup almonds, slivered (or other nuts)
1 cup sliced fruit, (try a mixture of bananas, apples and strawberries)
Method:
1. Combine the oats, orange juice, both yoghurts and honey. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Add the fruit and almonds and serve.
