YOGA - Health and Wellbeing

If anyone is interested in improving their health and taking some time out to relax you should come to my FREE YOGA session on Sundays 4.30pm in the projector room. I will be running different yoga videos each week so come along and get flexible! Sessions will be finished before 5.30pm, in perfect time for you to go get some dinner to refule afterwards!
Bring a towel and waterbottle.
If you have any questions feel free to come ask me (room 172, extn 57305)
